[Resolved] Tikona Internet Service Provider — Reimbursement of installation charges | |||
I installed a Tikona Internet service at my home in January 2013. Since installation day, I have regularly complained to Tikona, regarding the poor reception and the internet breaking down every twenty minutes. Inspite of regular complaints they did not any send any personnel to get the installation checked. In March end they finally send an engineer and he confirms my hypothesis that the internet is not working because there is no reception there. He says that I do not need for the internet and I will be reimbursed for my other bills as well. Just today I got a bill from Tikona and I do not know how to confront them inspite of repeating my side of the story to all of them repeatedly. Can anyone help how to approach them?
