[Resolved]  Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd. — DISHONOUR OF FD MATURITY AMOUNT

Ind Swift Labs, Chandigrh issued me two cheques being principal refund but shockingly both the cheques have bounced with "insuffecient Funds" FDR Nos.[protected] and Ch. Nos. 211161 and 211162 on HDFC Bank. My attempts have failed. Company is not responding to tecontacts, emails and speed post communications sent. It give an impression that it is fraud company and issued cheques to bounce without balance. If ordinay account holder issues cheques without balance accounts will be closed.
