I got a Bad Smelling Atta Packet from Sector 25, Panchkula, Haryana 6Ten Branch on 14th September night. When we cooked rotty with that atta it was very bad tasting and bitter. The very next day( 16th Sept'11) I gone the shop for return it, but the shopkeeper used to insult me, he said that. I opened it and filled some old atta in it and returned. Recently the 6ten shop in Prafulla Kanan Road, Kolkata, started accepting Accor food coupons. But when I bought items from the shop, I came to know they charge extra amount if paid by coupons, whereas it is not mentioned at all. Also in the bill they never mention the extra amount charged for food coupon. Please take corrective action against these frauds....
