6ten — false advertisement

Yesterday, I read an advertisement in TOI about the variety of products being offered by you at very reasonable price, hence I told my mother about it and told her to pay a visit to your store as she was on her way to do her weekend shopping for groceries and vegetables. Now your store is not something that is not the nearest one to my residence and with god's grace we stay at a place which has Reliance Fresh, SRS value bazaar, Mother Diary and Spencers nearby still due to your false advertisement we did go to 6 ten located at Sector 29 Market, Faridabad. My mother finished picking up the vegetables and went to the cash counter. But to her surprise she found out that the prices did not match the ones which were advertised. She pointed out the same to the cashier at the counter. The cashier very casually said what difference would it make to us, only a few rupees. That gentlemen surely forget that these stores are popular only because of the attractive prices they offer. She still protested. Since there were other customers around who also inquired whether any such scheme was available, he said such scheme has not come to our system yet. He assured my mother that the vegetables that she had bought she could leave them at the store right now. As soon as the scheme is available, he would bill the same and deliver it to our residence. He took down our address and phone no. and said that the delivery would take place within a few hours. Very contently my mother left the store and came home and told me that it was a nice place to shop. However for the entire day we did not get our products delivered. Was your advertisement just a gimmick to attract customers? After all this at least we have resolved to stick to our regular stores: Reliance Fresh and SRS. At least, we don't feel cheated at the end of the day.
