I am LPG gas registered consumer no. ATSV-8771 of Agra gas company.I book my gas through telephone.This time i booked my gas on 18-06-15 with a booking no. 566400 and cash memo no.[protected], but not received it yet.On 20-06-15 i received a message from Agra gas saying that my cylinder will be delivered but 3 days have passed out and i have not received my cylinder yet.

i booked for cylender refilling on[protected] through indane mobile no.[protected] n found my booking registration no. 230721.
after 4-5 days, i again received a sms from same no.in which let me know that "cash memo have generated and the cash memo no. is 1429".

my consumer no is AG4926 and has my conection with Agra Gas Company dayal bagh agra.
i had booked my cylinder on 15th jan and my booking no is 5793 and agter several reminders the gas is not been delivered.. ian dit is not the first time this is happening almost every time they are delivering the cylinders after 29-25 days of booking .. and when we ring them upop for reminders either they dont picthe phone or the just keep it off the...
