The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I have some issue i was doing recharge of 147 net pack still it's nt working and i was calling customer care executive again and again but not respond. It's saying to me all customer executive are busy plz hold the line or call me later what's wrong it. Plz i want to stop my number and refund my cash...

My Aircel Number is [protected]. I am using the sim from past 2 years.
But from today morning I am not able to make any calls or send any messages.
Its saying You are passed and you have no service.
I restarted my phone and also tried inserting the sim again. But none worked.
Note: I am able to receive messages and incoming calls....
