I was using my Airtel broadband connection (0120 - 4274136) and while shifting to new address I went to Airtel outlet at Sector- 11, Noida. They said to disconnect Airtel broadband you need to call Customer Care. I called Customer care to disconnect my broadband connection...

Just wanted to lodge a serious complaint against Airtel Broadband for my connection 01204253982. First I was trying to resolve the billing issue from the month of Sep' 11 then somehow when I got it sorted out after the Full and Final Settlement by paying INR 6043/-....

I had requested for new broadband connection on 28th july 2011 through customercare, their executive came on August 2nd filled application(CO0067317) i paid 770 in advance, giving assurance for connection with in 4 working day, but still now they dint given the connection...

I am Airtel broadband customer since 2008 and I was very happy with their service.Recently I shifted from Mysore to Bangalore, I asked for my Airtel connection shifting on 7th July 2011. At first CC said that relocation will take max 3 days, later they told me it can take max 20 days !!!!!!...
