Airtel Thanks Complaints & Reviews

On 12.08.2020 my vehicle crossed toll plazas at nathavalasa & chilakapalem nh-5 where toll fee deducted twice 90 (45+45), 100 (50+50) respectively. Request for refund of excess deduction to my airtel thanks fasttag account. Screenshot copies enclosed....

Amount debited but not credited to recipient still now it was happened on 4th july 2020. Still now money not credited to recipient...
