Sir, I have registered for new BGL gas connection by paying Rs. 14000/- in July 2023. I was told initially that the connection will be provided in 2-3 weeks. Since last 3 months there is no prompt response from BGL resources. Finally I have requested to cancel my registration and refund the charges. Neither. They are providing connect nor cancellating and refunding the amount.
