I have purchased a movie ticket through online but,my booking was failed and amount was deducted from my card,when i contact to this [protected].No one responded.Above information is came when I done my booking.please help me how to refund the amount.

I had booked four Platinum class tickets for The film EEGA Today on july 5Th in Big cinemas in Hyderabad via online.The money has been detected but ticket was not confirmed asking me to try wiTh anoTher debit card when already my debit card has been detected wiTh Rs 320.I need my money to be refunded.
My transaction Id w.r.to HDFC bank MHDF[protected]-BIG CINEMAS......

when I am trying to book tickets for Tintin movie online on 12th Nov'2011, payment processing got failed and the money is deduucted from my account.But the money is not credited in my account till now.Please take speedy action on this request and see that the money will be credited ASAP.

i ve booked 4 tickets in C row,platinum box in bigcinemas,coimbatore for 'pyaa' 11/4/2010 ,2.30pm show through bookmyshow.com on 8/4/2010.after i entering debit card details and requested to proceed ,the page disappeared.i didnt get the confirmation of movie tickets.im afraid,my money hasbeen credited as there was so many complaints on net that i ve noticed later.i need the confirmation rightnow from bigcinemas.thank you...
