I have ordered Telecast 10.1 tablet PC from boxgig.in on 18th August, 2020, i made the payment through my debit card and received confirmation mail from them. my order id/number is BG1802, till now i have not receive the product nor any kind of information. they never reply my mail as well, it seems that they are out of contact.
kindly help me to recover my money at least....

I received message from boxgig.in website showing offer on 10.1 inch android tablet, after that i logged into wesite and place order as payment was through payu payment gateway, after received mail from [protected]@ gmail.com confirming order, after 2 days boxgig was removed from shoppify, repotorted to shoppify they said they are only service providers, tried to reach Payu, but no information is available, the person who received payment...

I have ordered a Telecast 10.1" tablet pc from boxgig.in on 17 AUG 2020 for Rs 2499.00 with order id BG1205 and paid thru PayU with payment id::[protected] to Mr. DIvyanshu jain. Till date I have not received my tablet and repeated emails to them enquiring about my item has NO response. PLease help me in getting my refund...

I have placed an online order for the "teclast t30 andriod 9.0 4g phone call tablet 10.1" 1920x1200 mtk p70 4gb ram 64gb rom 8000mah tablets pc dual camera gps type-c - with wireless keyboard × 1" on box gig.in and made a payment of rs.2999/- through you on 18th august, 2020 which was duly received in the account of mr. Divyanshu jain. My transaction id is[protected].
Since then i have sent them a message on 20th august 2020 to know...

I have placed an online order for the "Teclast T30 Android 9.0 4G phone Call Tablet with wireless keyboard" on Box gig.in and made a payment of Rs.2499/- through PAY U on 19th August, 2020 which was duly received in the account of Mr.Divyanshu Jain.
Transaction ID :[protected] pay u money . Please log an FIR to Crime Police and find this Fraudster .
Since then I have sent them two messages to know the status of my online order...

I had received a message from boxgig.in regarding 10 inch tablet at special price of rs 2499 (Without keyboard). I had ordered the same through their website on 18th august 2020 at 12:02 pm and paid for it online. I have not received any information except the mail that i shall receive it in 3 to 4 days time and i shall be notified about it. I have rewritten to the company inquiring about the status but there is no reply. Kindly advice how...

I had received a message from boxgig.in regarding 10 inch tablet at special price of Rs 2999 (with keyboard). I had ordered the same through their website on 21st august 2020 at 1:04 pm and paid for it online. I have not received any information from them regarding supply. But I saw in your site that it is fraud company. Kindly advice how to recover the tablet or money...
