Blocking of my incoming STD calls

sir,
i am using BPL sim card for past 2 years..but around a week ago..that is approximately...around 4th september my STD incoming calls were blocked..i registered a complaint (complaint no:DOC-C[protected] with the customer care (on 9th september 2010)and they gave me assurance that the issue would be sorted out in 72 hours...but the problem was not solved and and still prevails..
So i request you to look into the matter and...

getting my old mobile number back

i have been using mobile no. [protected] from back 3 years. i purchased this sim from one of the marketing executive. and paid a dear amount of rs. 5000 for special number i lost my mobile phone . and went to bpl gallary in malad for new sim three months after the loss. the gallery representative told me that i have failed to report loss of card within 60 days so i cannot get my no back. on asking about the premim no charges he told me that....

Poor WAP service

sir,
i am a BPL mobile subscriber since 2 years. Since i have taken a BPL connection, i am facing problem using WAP based services. I have complained to costumer care several times but they dont resolve my problem. Actually when i try to access WAP service, it shows "conection not available" or "network busy" and after several try it gets connected once but for a short duration.

deactivation of caller tune

BPL Mobile

Some time back through this mail, i had forwarded my complaint in regard to deactivation (discontinuation) of mobile caller tune ( Mobile NO. [protected]) but so far the same has not been effected. do not disturb

in spite of reag for do not disturb so many time i am frequently getting calls and sms from the promoter.

Pathetic network coverage outside Mumbai

Dear Sir,

I am a BPL mobile subscriber(post paid connection) for the past two years.When I was on a visit to Ratnagiri, my handset showed no network bars.
After lodging a complaint with the call center of the company, they did not even bother to reply to mail.
BPL Mobile seems to be least interested in improving its network...it was really a bad experience I could not make an outgoing call due to non -availability...

REFUND OF MONEY

SCAM -charging the customer without thier knowledge

It has been observed, since i purchased a new no.
1.My daily balance was being deducted without making any call, etc
2.An auto ring tone was installed without my acknowledgement, where by the money was deducted.
3.Without my knowledge, my number was circulated, for their promotional activity.This is seer intruding on my privicy and causing mental disturbance. Moreover i was told by the BPL staff, that to disconnect it...

Unauthorised change of caller tune

I am deeply disturbed by the companies high handedness in changing my caller tune to some trash song with out my knowledge and charging me for the same. I prefer the normal ring. Two months back
too they had put a song as my caller tune and charged me for the same. I complained and they removed
the caller tune but they said we can't refund the 30 rupees. Again theyt have done the same thing. I really wanty to take some...

unapplied callertunes

about a month ago i started getting calls for applying for callertunes..
i always use to cut those calls
one morning when i picked up my phone, i saw a message (not sms) showing that rs.15 have been cut from your account
i did not know what it was for but my friend told i had got callertune (tujhme rab dikhta hai from RNBJ) even though i did not apply for it!!!
again after around 3-4 days i got the same message...

wrongly charged twice

i have wrongly charged twice once for some chat application activation and now again they have charged me for call back tune. I have not given any request for any of these applications, i don't know why they give so much trouble to their customers. I need my refund back since i have not gioven any complaint. this number is used by my mom and dad. they know only how to receive a call and end a call....

CALLER TUNE CHARGES

Worst service by BPL

hi Im Mayur,

Reealy the service of BPL mobile is the worst in the country.
Many times it happened that i want to call to my wife, Home, or any other phone, in emergency situations i couldn't make call.
Im faceing this problem from last one month or more. many times it happen that I want to call somebody on urgent basis, the call never gets success.

INTERRUPTING MY MOBILE SERVICE

i m the regular user of BPL prepaid customer.
recently i have taken new sim card which is coming under the scheme of DAS KA GANG.
for that i have submitted my documents as follows...
my hostel accomodatoin letter. college identity card, reshan card xerox. etc.
i have submitted these documents thrice within a span of two weekse, still these people used to disconnect my service.

Network quality - Juhu Versova Link Road

I have been a BPL Mobile Platinum Class user since the past 10 years.Ever since i moved to Juhu Versova Link Rd last year have been experiencing network problems.

I was informed 6-8 months ago that new cell sites were coming up...nothing has changed, on the contrary i see the call dropping like crazy since almost a fortnight...All my friends/clients using BPL have also been experiencing continuous and frustrating call drops.br...

No Value Added Services!!

I have taken a BPL Mobile (Postpaid) connection on 19th March 2008!! My address verification is also done on 21st March 2008!!! But they are not ready to give National Roaming Service, as im going out of town on 24th March!!! but they are not ready to listen anything and they inturn tell me to withdraw the connection without the deposit amount refunded back to me!!! Please Help!!! Im in a mess!!! Dont Understand what to doo!!!

i have bpl prepaid card i have charge rs.444 for life time in coming free after that on 10/1/2008 i have recived an sms from bpl "great news : local calling rates slashed on your plan. local call rates reduced to Rs.1/min changes effective 10/jan/2008 after that on 11/1/2008 i have refilled with rs 501 rechage coupon and i got sms that your a/c has been succesfully recharge and you have 342.87 paise in your a/c but that sms found...

Blackberry Services a farce

I have had the greatest trouble with this company for a while now, and the only reason I'm still doing business with them is because at this point I cannot go through a change in contact number. Have been with them for 5 years and everyone has my current conatct number.
