Complaint from Uttam Kirtikudav: My outgoing services were stopped for mobile number : [protected]. So I did a online recharge of Rs. 153 for my plan extension on 22/11/2025 at 2:15 pm in Satara, Maharashtra. I made this transaction on BSNL portal "https://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/sbiepayreceipt" and made payment through BHIM UPI ([protected]@upi). 9th June 2025, I recharged 199 Rs. amount from BSNL selfcare app, but the amount has been deducted and also the recharge failed. So, I complained about this on the BSNL self-care app and also via phone call. The call center customer care executive said that it will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days. Today is 23rd June, but still not credited to my bank account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

On 24Th January I try to recharge my phone number[protected] with plan of 2399/- through Debit card, however the amount is debited from my account without recharge.

I am using BSNL broadband from a year and recently i am having issue of sometimes disconnecting Internet and mostly i face speed problem. So i contact local office and telling my problem but every time he said problem from backend whole month passed still issues not resolved Also, he said don't fill complain online and today he told me to change Internet connection and choose other network. As in my area, there is only one broadband Internet provider(BSNL). Therefore i have to depend upon their service that they are providing to me. I am writing to report an issue regarding a telephone pillar that is obstructing the entrance to my building and parking area, located at Med-Life, Opposite LIC building, Hindusthan Park, Asansol-4. This obstruction is causing significant inconvenience, as it blocks access for both pedestrians and vehicles. The pillar is affecting the daily functioning of my business and needs immediate attention.

I kindly request that you take prompt action to remove or relocate this pillar to resolve the issue. Your swift response would be greatly appreciated.

Last from 4-5 days I am not able to make or receive a any calls form my BSNL mobile.

Even not able to make a call to customer care number : 1503 & [protected], so writing to you mail for the request to get rectify the issue.

I had complaint on BSNL portal with docket no. H[protected] but it was closed without attending the issue.
