Please note that I am a user of BSNL Broadband since last 2 months under Rs.750/- unlimited home plan but cannot check my usage details through the website. Kindly help me regarding this....

Sir I am having broadband connection from BSNL and it was working well from last three years but now I have upgraded my plan and since I have upgraded the plan it is not working and I visit daily to telephone exchange and they assure me to get it checked by evening but no result in 15 days....

bsnl broadband service of connectivity is very poor and also not getting speed as per given plan...

please note that I am unable to view/ print my telephone bill with bar code. Every time i am getting telephone bill without bar code. pl. do the needfull....
