BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE Complaints

Receeived wrong bill for March 2008..on 20thApril

6 months of meeting, applications and request calls at various BSNL offices in Chandigarh and Panchkula cost me no less than 5000 rupees in fuel

costs of loss of office and business hours not counted

i'm using 500-home plan, which has a free usage of 2.5GB.my total usage for the month of Oct. was 2.25 GB(<2.50GB) as per their listings.yet i was charged for extra 714 mb usage.now how can that be possible.now i have to pay them Rs.571 extra.please help me to find a way...
