bsnl has customer care no. 9415024365 and cunsumer has to wait atleast 15 to 20 mts. to talk any attendent. But customer care agent talk in such a haste and rudely that he is talking to some unwanted person. we are consumer and we pay for everything but they treat them as unwanted this is wrong....
