I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT TO MY TELEPHONE NO. 01612516466 ABOUT ONE WEEK PRIOR , BUT NO BODY TURNED UP TO MADE IT RECTIFIED BY THE BSNL AND THE PHONE IS STILL DEAD.

My Telephone No. BSNL, Kolkata Circle is 2484 4029. It is getting out of order repeatedly. Inspite of registering the defect, the root cause is not detected & the Phone is getting repeatedly out of order....
