On 2nd Oct, an order was made through JIOMART APP for groceries...money deducted but order didnt placed. As per my bank amount was debited from my account and successfully credited to receivers account via [protected]@icici. But as per JIOMART money has not been received. Following up since a month with jiomart and even complained to ccavenues as well but no response....

While purchasing avast software on ccavenue opened and i selected upi option and paid 699 but it suddenly showed transaction failed but when i checked my mobile 699 was charged my transaction id is
[protected]. I want my money back asap. I lost a lot a money and i want refund asap.699 is the amount i want refund...

Today I pay 698 RS for Bharat gas booking . My booking not done And 698 RS debited my account....

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 20/11/2019 and made online payment using sbi debit card. Amount ₹ 683.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue transaction id is ici98af88c6d7584aa8b86a6f87b04059ed & utr no.[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account...

I tried to book the Bharath gas cylinder through online using online payment and my money got debited immediately and it is showing transaction failed .since the amount is deducted in my account.
Please help me to get the my money back .I have attached the transaction failed status .I have paid the amount using phone pay ....
