I ordered 5 packs of Lindt chocolate from this company on December 12, 2022 and never received the items. On December 13, I received a shipment notification but the tracking number reported back with no data found. I replied to the email, to which I never received a response. I emailed two different emails: [protected]@chocotown.in and [protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered 3 box of Nutella (750gm) and recieved nescafe coffee small.
Want to file a complaint in consumer forum, if anyone wants to join to me it’ll be better to get faster results.

I had ordered chips from this website https://www.chocotown.in. My order number is #7874. They gave me a fake tracking number from Xpressbees. Their phone number and email id doesn't work. Do not order from this website, how is this website live and no one is taking action against them....

I placed the order on 20 december 2022. It is a paid order with amount 2800 and ID of 7845....

Received a wrong 😑 order..!! Number on website does not work..!! Found an alternate on the web.. spoke to an ass called Amit +[protected]..!! Rude man.. did not solve anything just kept asking for my google pin.. which I did not give.. did not even give me a managers number.. he should be fired.. this is a scam website..!!

Hi, The websit eis a fraud, I ad order chips, its been two weeks I have not got any update irrespective of numerous follow up and their email id [protected]@gmail.com is a fraud. request people not to book any order through them...

I had ordered nutella biscuits from chocotown order no #7279 instead of that after 10 days from the date of order I received wrong order lindt chocolate and the package seal was open the chocolate felt as if someone had eaten them...

I have not received an order I had placed for Rs.2048. The order number is #7085. They had sent me a email with a tracking number that does not show any data what so ever. My sister had also placed an order a week prior and she has also had the same experience. I had emailed them to the email id they had given with the tracking details, [protected]@gmail.com.

The email id and contact number giver in their website is not valid....

I had ordered Hershey's Icebreakers Mint but this fraud company sent me a very cheap quality chewing gum.They are conducting fraudulent activities and needed to be taught a good lesson.

I had ordered apple cider vinegar from them. They had showed two bottles for a price which was much lesser than the well known websites. I got taken in by this and purchased it. it was a cod order and got the package. unfortunately, i did not open and check the package immediately. when I did open it, i found just one bottle of acv instead of two bottles as advertised.

Their helpline number does not exist.

This is a fraud company. Please beware. Their phone number and email are invalid.
Someone should file a case in consumer court against them...

I ordered from there three weeks ago. They haven't replied to my mails and calls. When I tried calling it says the number don't exists. Don't shop from there. It's a stupid and terrible website. Please do something against them. They provide some fake tracking number which don't even exists....

Placed an order for some snacks. Made the payment online and now they provided a tracking ID to see the movement of my parcel. It turns out there is no such tracking number and while further trying to contact them. None of the provided numbers nor email address is valid. Someone managed to get a hold of someone from chocotown. They say there was no stock and that a refund will be done and he cut the call. He never picked up my call again...

This is not a new complaint, it's an extension of an old one. I placed 2 orders with Chocotown 1st of August for delivery to Bengaluru and Hyderabad totaling 2100 INR.

Till date have not received any delivery or refund. After my first complaint they called and said they would refund through voucher but needed me to enter my bank details on that. Given my experience I do not want to share any further personal...

This is a fraud company delivering cheap products instead of actual products which are displayed on their website.
Don’t order anything from this website and even their phone is invalid....

They sent me the wrong products that too expired....

I was looking for a company that could ship imported chocolates and Chocotown looked very good. I ordered 3 items, but only got 1. When I tried to call the company, the number listed on the website was invalid.

I am sure many customers must have been cheated by this company. And online payments have made it very easy for such fraudsters to get away with cheating customers. Their website should be shut down for good and they...

I ordered 2x flamin' hot cheetos on September 5th 2022 on https://www.chocotown.in/. I got a order confirmation email, and got a tracking number for Bluedart. However the next day I saw that the Bluedart order was cancelled. I tried emailing them and calling their phone number, but both did not work.

I had ordered Hershey's family chocolate 442g...which costed around...Rs 700...and they delivered me Nescafe coffee powder..
They aren't responding to calls...nor email...they are fraud.. they have committed ecommerce fraud..
Request the authorities to look into this matter and investigate... fraudulent crime committed by chocotown...please take action against chocotown....

I had ordered for two items through chocotown website and only one item came. I was charged the full amount but did not get all the products. Sent a mail to the website and also tried calling them but the number led me to a scammer who was asking for all my details and later on cursed and was slanging when I did not agree. Please look into this as there are too many scammers nowadays and its becoming very unsafe to shop or do anything online....

Chocotown is a fake website. They provide lesser price for international products to attract people. They show a tracking link which shows the order pickup failed. The contact number is unavailable and they don’t respond to email as well. Please be careful !!! Save your money!!!...
