Congress party and earlier MLA Baba SIddique has constructed a night volley ball court besides residential area at Daulat Nagar, Santacruz West. These people shout and make noise and disturb nearby residents while playing volleyball till 12 AM everyday. Even the police is handicapped and are unable to take strict action against this nuisance.
