Whenever i call dataone customer care for complaint on this number 24370000 they always tell me call on this number 24210000. when i call this number they tell me its a private number and cut off the phone without any responce. Are these mad guys working for government jobs are not suitable for it, they must be actually beggars, when our india will improve? god Know....

From last month I have connected with new BSNL Broadband connection but unfortunately I am not able to create BSNL mail ID from Dataone site. Our local exchange people said there is no such facility is available in this site.
It is very difficult to know my account details and other information without login through Dataone site.

to the concern department
i have taken the new telephone connection to use internet services 3 months back.
but after allot the phone it was not working properly from day one, i have given complaint
so many times ( concern department can check their records) it works for 2 to 3 days
and it services go off again.
on my telephone internet is not working from last 15 days i have given complaint on telephone...

I have recently changed my account type 500 plan.Then when i went to www.dataone.in website, so when i am clicking the usage details port its showing this error message
