I am unable to use my digipurse wallet amount at any online website, my money stuck in wallet, i have tried many times to use the card on different merchants but everytime transaction goes faild due to your wrost 3d secure payment gateway. Pls check the image & tell me how i use my money at other merchant's website.???😠😠😠😠😠

I was uploading money on 21 dec 2017 in digipurse of 3500 by my hdfc credit card. The transaction failed but money deducted from my credit card. As i confrimed from hdfc they had given me the details of withdrawl. And now digipurse not refunding the money as the transaction. I have alot of mails but no repsonse from digipurse.

Dear sir,

I added 3000 to my digipurse wallet from RBL BANK debit card on 13/05/2016 which topup id is[protected] but still after more than 24 hours, i didn't get the money in my wallet.

its showing in the transaction history of my wallet but not in available balance.

please look into the matter and do the needful asap.
