I have added the test in cart and paid the amount of 17000 Rs. using UPI Scan on September 13, 2023. The order was not successful after amount was debited. I had registered for writing the GRE test. Ref No: #[protected] But later i cancelled it. I cancelled it on 21st of June 2010. I was told that i will receive the refund of $95 in two weeks. I later confirmed my eligibility for refund through GRE customer care. Its been 6 months since i cancelled my appointment. But i haven't received the refund amount yet. I get no proper response from them. Many of my friends have similar issue....
