ETS-GRE — Refund not received - Amount debited but test order was Unsuccessful.

I have added the test in cart and paid the amount of 17000 Rs. using UPI Scan on September 13, 2023. The order was not successful after amount was debited. I immediately reached ETS website Chat and asked them for resolution. They gave me Gre India email and told me to contact them. I keep sending emails explaining the same with proofs of debited account statement etc. They sent me a common reply mail but no resolution yet. I started calling them from then till now, they are saying that their software has issues. Then what else I should do. They should inform people "take GRE exams only if students want to get scammed by their portal". I need proper resolution and complete refund of this injustice. Worst customer support and scammed website.
