[Resolved] ETS-GRE — payment for cancellation not received yet

I had registered for writing the GRE test. Ref No: #[protected] But later i cancelled it. I cancelled it on 21st of June 2010. I was told that i will receive the refund of $95 in two weeks. I later confirmed my eligibility for refund through GRE customer care. Its been 6 months since i cancelled my appointment. But i haven't received the refund amount yet. I get no proper response from them. Many of my friends have similar issue.

before my exam i couldnt get my passport which i applied for renewal. so i took my old passport on the day of my exam...but i was not allowed to write the exam..
what am i supposed to do now?
will i get the amount refund so that i can apply for next month?
the cost for registration is around 190$ so can i atleast get half of the money back???
i request u to help me regarding this...
please let me knw the details as soon as possible:)

I had registered for writing the GRE test. Ref No: #[protected] But later i cancelled it. I cancelled it on 13th august 2016. i registered for 26th september 2016 at Prometric Test Center: # 8902. Its been 3 months since i cancelled my appointment. But i haven't received the refund amount yet.
