Bigbazaar profit club card payment/refund.

I have two profit club cards no.[protected] and [protected] with deposited amount 10000/- for each card, issued by Bigbazaar (Future Group) Suddenly stores closed in March2022. Without any information Future group closed their Bigbazaar stores from Bokaro, Jharkhand in March2022.
That time i had contacted with customer support Bigbazaar(profit Club) as per customer care representative suggestion about dues payment of profit...

Fraud, money stuck, closed stores over night intentions to loot our hard earned money greater than 30k...lets join, let's e compla

Hi Team,

Kindly, help me to get refund of my hard earned money from Bigbazaar. More than 30k stuck with them in fbb profit club card. I own 4 cards from fbb bigbazzar.
I have been calling their customer care from february 28, 2022. They were saying wait for 7 days and then started to say 15 days on subsequent calls. Then eventually store was closed and take over started by RIL to fraud both customers and bankers.br...

wrong mobile number entered in invoice

Nobody help here.

Store person wrong mobile entered in my purchased invoice and i am request for change the my mobile number instead of this wrong mobile no.[protected] but till date only old complaint closed...

I started facing health issue with that

Dust bin is defected

I had buy a dust bin from home town of phoenix market city mall in pune on 5 Feb 2017 which is defected. The lead of the dust bin is not able to open whenever I paddle the Dustin. As per our previous discussion on this problem u said I have to go n exchange the product within 5 to 6 month. But I don't think so that I would be able to go to pune within this year. delay in refund after cancellation of profit club card

I had prepared profit club card on 24th january from big bazaar Ramdaspeth Branch Nagpur. The next day itself I visited Big Bazaar in order to cancel my profit club card as I realized that the facts that were suppose to be told before the payment of Rs10, 000 were told later.I was told by the staff to come after 27th Jan as they were busy in the 'Big day'scheme. Thus I gave my card for cancellation on 28th Jan.I haven't been refunded...

Duplicate bill

I purchased Samsung Galaxy Quattro on December 2013 From big bazaar Ambience mall. They gave me the bill from a printer whose ink gets erased after few days so the salesman told me to take it photocopy and take a photo of it.So i did the same. Pf claims not received

Payback Points

This was the 5th time in last 3 months when I tried to redeem my Payback point in Biz Bazaar (Kothrud, Pune) and I got the SAME REPEATED ANSWER AS USUAL.

The points are not available, check later on.

Let me tell you that the Big Bazaar (Kothrud, Pune) is unaware of any details.

The CSD people just give a vague reply and do not even bother to check if the consumer got the info or not.

Purchase of bakery products - BREAD. Shocked and surprised that Big Bazaar even at a new venue like EXPRESS AVENUE at Chennai was so careless to permit sale of stale /FUNGUS/Bacteria affected bread. I had purchased bread on 11.08.2010 and after coming home on the next day morning,when preparing for breakfast and on opening the bread packet, found the FUNGUS growth on it, unfit for human consumption. AC not in working condition from first day

I have purchased AC on 1st May 2009 and yet not started. They were not able to deliver. The fitting charges told were lesser than what they charged. The exhaust of AC was of another model and had to replace. Now after all connection when we switched on its not working. Its really a harrasment. I had also purchased cooler with AC that also had to replace on very first day...
