I bought gift cards worth 2300 inr.
I also received the following confirmation email but the cards were never delivered to the email given to them.

They wanted me to send my ID and Credit Card photo in email to "verify" my identity. Their website security is high risk and sending such sensitive information over email is very risky. Without knowing what their policy is on storing such sensitive information, I denied their request for obtaining the documents and asked to cancel and refund.

Two days later, they debited my account anyways for the order and don't reply to emails...

Hi, I have taken AXIS bank Giftcard from giftcardsindia.in and requested for activation on 9th October, They mentioned it will be activated in 3 days. Even after 3 days of that the card was not activated. When I wrote an email to them, they said it will be activated by 16th oct, till now My giftcards are not activated, I took 3 AXIS bank gift card from them. Looks like they want to take all these giftcard money by harassing customer....

I ordered coupons worth Rs5000 on 24 Jul 2014. Code #48173. The site claims online delivery in 48hrs. Today on 31st July 2014, I have still not received the coupons. The social occasion for which I wanted the gift coupons is past. Repeated calls to the company has not helped...
