I bought a Rs.10000 Axis Bank Gift Card from This Fraud company through Paytm and I received the card and send activation request on 13 th october and it said will be done in 3 days and by now it is 7 days and theres no sign of activation.Even now they keep sending me mails that it will be activated in 3 days.I enquired other people who bought the same card from paytm and they tell me it is a habitual offender.It cheats every customer the same way.The best part is no one ever picksup the phone and no one replies you from friday to sunday.I think the people who run these kind of firms are similar to people who run Ponzi schemes.What they are doing is taking money from some people and using the money to activate the previous customers cards.I hope RBI takes note of this fraud company.
