Giftcardsindia.in — Not Activating my card since 9 days

Hi, I have taken AXIS bank Giftcard from giftcardsindia.in and requested for activation on 9th October, They mentioned it will be activated in 3 days. Even after 3 days of that the card was not activated. When I wrote an email to them, they said it will be activated by 16th oct, till now My giftcards are not activated, I took 3 AXIS bank gift card from them. Looks like they want to take all these giftcard money by harassing customer. I want my money back from giftcardsindia.
