ECG test of spouse taken by a male technician
ECG test of my wife was taken by a male technician in the absence of a relation or a female attendant, but a male attendant was there waiting outside. This was during our admission in a private hospital for a medical examination. I also happened to read during my investigation on the net that it is unethical to take ecg of a lady patient by a male technician. I am very much annoyed over this thing. How is this to be taken and what is to required...

Non receipt of Income Tax refund
Dear Sir,
I filed my Income tax return for the financial year 2007-08 ( Assessment year 2008-09) in Circle No. 40(1) of the Income Tax office, Mayur Bhawan, Connaught Place New Delhi vide receipt No. 763050 dated 1.8.2008 for a refund of Rs. 33113.00.. My PAN No. is AAFPK3154J. After filing my return I visited the Income Tax office in the months of December, 2008; Jan, 09; Mar, 09 and April, 09 but my refund has not been sent...

forceful insurance coverage
Sir,
In my recent sbi card billing I found they have charged insurance coverage without my prior consent.Can they do so.Also most of the time without sending the bill on time they are charging interst without any reasons.Kindly suggest necessary relief.

Postal life insurance (endowment assurance)
Dear sir,
I had taken a postal life insurance (endowment assurance) bearing policy number 205061c for rs.20, 000/- in the name of devendra prakash saxena from chandigarh on 21.3.1979. the said policy now stands matured on 5.9.2008. i have already made correspondence with the dy. divisional manager, pli, up circle, lucknow and personally handed over the original policy and the payment receipts of the premiums made both in chandigarh...
