Bus started late by more than hour from selvas. and it had front glass damaged.
driving was driving fast and dangerously putting passengers at risk just to cover up late departure.
driver had broken sideview mirror while dangerously over taking.
even after reaching Ahmedabad they deboarded passengers at bus entry drive way....

Today, on 27/12/2025, we were 4 passengers traveling in the Rajkot to Surendranagar local bus (Bus No: GJ-18-ZT-1747) scheduled at 5:15 PM. The driver and conductor forcefully dropped us off outside the bus station, stating that the bus would not stop at Kuwadava village. When we protested, they behaved very rudely and arrogantly told us to 'complain wherever you want.' This behavior is highly unprofessional. They refused to stop at a designated...

Ticket was not booked and payment was successful. So what i do for this.

Today's[protected] jetpur to Jamnagar bus is 1 and half hours late
Actual time of departure is 2:00pm but bus is so much late..

The conductor of this bus which was hoing from Rajkot to Modasa, is having such an unprofessional behaviour. The seat beside the conductor was not reserved that means anyone have the right to be seated there but the conductor said to one of the passenger that this lady will only seat because of their knowing and family relationship, which is truly unfair to other passengers which is onboard in this bus. This matter should be looked highly...

I booked a ticket for 2 people in Visnagar Dhari bus today and made the payment by scanning it from UPI to ICICI! After the payment, an error page opened in the seat and the ticket print website says "success transaction not for this period"! But my transaction has been completed, the money has also been deducted and I also have the transaction ID for proof;

Even though the transaction has been done, I have not received...

સુરત થી માંડવી અને માંડવી થી સુરત આવતી GJ-18--Z-7464 નબંરની બસ મા GPS ચાલતુ નથી જેથી બસ ની સ્થિતિ જાણી શકાતી નથી તો બસ નું GPS ચાલુ કરવા વિન્ન્તી

સરખેજ થી ગાંધીનગર આવા માટે 3.:30 PM 4.30 સુધિમા ગાંધીનગર ની એક જે બસ ઉપલબ્ધ હોય છે. એક ટી.ઇ બસ વિરમગામ - ગાંધીનગર વાલી હોય છે.. તેનો માર્ગ લામ્બો હોવાથી ટાઇમસર અવી શક્તિ થી. ૧ કલાક ના સમય મા મુસાફરોનો ધસારો થાઇ જાતો હોવતી બસ આગલ્થી જે ભ્રમાઇને આવે છેએ.

ઇલેક્ટ્રિક ડબલ ડેકર બસ છેે જેમા પાસ ચલતો નથી.

આ સમય મા આપ શ્રી ને બસ મુક્વા માટે namra વિનંતી.

we are commuatator in Gitamandir-Gandhinagar bus service at 7:15 am.
Due to some reasons the above mentioned bus is not regular since one week.
After this bus there is no bus availibility till half an hour and if we missed this bus we are getting late at our job.

2-3 દિવસથી gsrtc website ચાલતી નથી જેને લીધે બસ નુ લોકેશન જાણવા તથા અન્ય mahiti. લેવામાં ઘણી તકલીફ પડે છે તો જલ્દીથી ukel લાવવા vinanti.

Dear sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern about the behaviour of the bus conductor and driver of GSRTC Express bus, traveling from Tharad (vav) to Ahmedabad on dated 08/12/2024 at around 18:45 hrs. I boarded the above –mentioned bus From Mehasana. When reached nandasan, I requested the conductor to stop the bus at the designated nandasan bus stop. However, conductor refused to stop the bus, citing that there were many passengers waiting at the next stop and that stopping at nandasan would cause the bus to become overcrowded.
The conductor’s exact words were “so many passengers are standing and waiting for the bus. If I stop the bus at nandasan, it will become full of passengers. I will drop you near the Nandasan Bridge.”
I was shocked and disappointed by the conductor’s response. As a passenger, I expect the bus conductor to follow the designated route and stop scheduled bus stops. Dropping me 1km far from nandasan bus stop was not inconvenient but also posed a significant risk to my safety, especially during evening hours.
Furthermore, I was carrying a significant amount of cash (Rs. 20, 000) with me, and the conductor’s negligence put me at risk of theft or robbery. I hold the bus conductor and driver responsible for any potential harm or loss that I may have suffered.
I want to bring to your attention that this is not an isolated incident. Many conductors operating on this route have been consistently bypassing the nandasan bus stop and taking bypass via Nandasan Bridge. This has been a recurring problem, and I have experienced it earlier as well.
I request you to take immediate action against the bus conductor and driver for their negligence and lack of concern for passenger safety. I also demand that you take steps to ensure that all buses operating on this route stop at the designated Nandasan bus stop and do not take the bypass.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response from your department, I will be forced to take legal action against GSRTC for negligence and breach of duty.
