Ordered item on 29/8/2017 through handloomhub.com site.But I didn't received any email/sms corresponding regarding item delivery details. I have paid amount through netbanking. Till date, didn't received item. I made several calls to their customer care number Care: +91 [protected]. But no response to my calls.
Please help to refund amount/deliver product.

I have placed an order worth Rs.587 on 9th APR2015 in HNDLOOM HUB (http://handloomhub.com) online shopping website but till now 26thJun2015 i dnt receive the order. i have made so many calls to their customer care(+91 [protected]) but there is no proper response from them. most of the time they dont even pickup the call.its more than two n half months now but still i dnt get my order or the refund amount....

I have ordered three products from handloom hub on 15th Feb, 2015. Though they have provided the phone no on their website, neither they pick up calls nor they send any courier tracking id. I have done multiple attempts to contact them over mails, facebook page and phone. but they never reply. If this is a fake organization trying to loot customers by making false promises i want my money back as soon as possible. And innocent buyers should...
