Handloom Hub — have not received my order #2062

I have ordered three products from handloom hub on 15th Feb, 2015. Though they have provided the phone no on their website, neither they pick up calls nor they send any courier tracking id. I have done multiple attempts to contact them over mails, facebook page and phone. but they never reply. If this is a fake organization trying to loot customers by making false promises i want my money back as soon as possible. And innocent buyers should be informed about such filthy organisation so that they dont make the mistake what other consumers have done.

they have forwarded me a mail saying my order has been shipped with the tracking id. but when i enquiring about it on first flight's website, it says it is invalid

First flight reply to me after i enquire about the shipment tracking with the no HANDLOOM HUB has provided:

Dear madam, Thanks for writing to us.. In receipt of your below mail, We much regret to say that there is no tracking details found for the said shipment ..So pls share the consignor copy scan for the said shipment.

yesterday i received the purchased products, but one of the product which was a bedsheet is completely different from what i ordered.
highly dissappointed.
