I applied for connect internet connection on a location after taking all documents and payments the company said that we cannot put connection on this location as we don’t have the empty connection pair in the Connection Box(DP).

I applied for the Connect internet connection in the month of July. And the same was issued in our favour. against a security of Rs 1600.00 and I was assured for the services prompt Services. As I reside overseas i badly needed internet connection at my home to be in touch with the family. When i left my home they installed the same at my home and it was not working. I from here and my family in india made lot of complaints to the afore...

Poor service
I applied for connect internet connection on a location after taking all documents and payments the company said that we cannot put connection on this location as we dont have the empty connection pair in the Connection Box(DP). After that when i asked to put the same connection on other location they said me to get the refund and pay money in cash. When i paid money in cash for new location they refused to give my previous payment back .Now...
