HFCL Ludhiana — refund of payment
I applied for broadband connection of connect and complete the formalities. after this they told us the they are unable to provide the connection. Now they are not refund the money inspite of repeated requests and reminders. if this the service of the company then who will come again to you. I applied for connect internet connection on a location after taking all documents and payments the company said that we cannot put connection on this location as we dont have the empty connection pair in the Connection Box(DP). After that when i asked to put the same connection on other location they said me to get the refund or let your connection applied when ever it will be available we will put yours. can any one help
