I applied for connect internet connection on a location after taking all documents and payments the company said that we cannot put connection on this location as we don’t have the empty connection pair in the Connection Box(DP).
Mr. Vinood Kumar -[protected]( field officer sales) who is the employee of Connect Ludhiana zonal office is lying to the customers about the connection installation and wasting their time. "Sir your connection will be installed tomorrow definitely", these are the words of Mr. Vinood Kumar from connect office. But next day the connection not got installed and the person also denied to receive the calls any further. We are also having the recorded calls as a proof.
If customer calls Mr. Vinood Kumar he just cut off the phone. It shows clearly that Connect does not care about their customers. Instead they like to give customers harassment. They don't care about how valuable is the time of other person.
If the connection is not available in any particular area than customer should informed clearly. After all Connect is not the only internet provider in city.
