However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hostcats.com server crashed suddenly ...we paid for hostcats its ISO 9001 company displayed in website ..when we asking backup they are telling its down..crashed .., we hosted more than 200 websites ,
This is not first time they are crashing websites without any intimations ..
we send mail to [protected]@hostcats.com , [protected]@hostgaurds.com , livehelp.hostcats.com , called to bangalore 15 times ..no one responding...if...

Fraud Hosting Company
I purchased VPS hosting from Hostcats.com for Rs.2000. They promised me a 100 day refund guarantee. Now, after signing up, I found that they did not have the expertise or the knowledge to properly setup the VPS. None of my sites were loading properly. They completely messed up the configuration. All sites were giving errors and were loading very slowly. Their customer support did not answer questions properly.
