Complaint : Indane Gas Cylinder refill not delivered

I had booked for Indane Gas Cylinder refill on 19th May 2024 and the invoice was generated on 20th May 2024 with the reference number[protected]

The refill cylinder has not been delivered even though it is 9 days since the invoice was generated. I am not getting proper response from the agency even after multiple calls.

We had subscripted Indian gas from Shri Revathy indane gas agency
No 2/624, Munuswamy Nagar Medavakkam Chennai - 600100.

They are demanding Rs. 30 extra compulsory each house and per delivery. If i ask why, they are telling as transport charge + my salary. I refused to pay the extra money. So the delivery man told he will not deliver the cylinder and come my office take the cylinder....

Petrol pump owner is not filling air in tyre. They are denying to fill air in tyre....

I am consumer of Indane gas, consumer number-7065142, Rajiv Ranjan, [protected] but very delayed response from Vidisha Gas agency Kanti 843109 and behaviour was very rude…Kindly take action...

I had booked my Indane LPG through BHIM App on 7 th March 2024 at 8.47am with transaction I'd[protected] with amount of Rs.939 with SBI bank. It was failed during the payment and money was deducted. It was not refunded till date. I had checked with my bank also. They had replied that, the money had reached the merchant(indane LPG). Hence I request you to refund the amount deducted. The Indian oil petrol pump service station located in Vani Vikas road, near old RTO office, Mysuru named Vaishnavi service station is not providing free air for tyre service and demanding money for that kindly take actions and resolve this grievance....

LPG gas service agency in my area is not providing good service, behaviour and service both are very bad, i am facing problem again and again, and they are becoming more careless and arrogant, and the staff is very rude, specially girl staff, don't even entertain the complaint of customer and cut the phone, request to improve service or to cancel the licence of vikramaditya gas agency shahganj agra and to provide better service to protect...

My consumer number is [protected]. My order number :[protected]. I booked the refill on 13th Jan and I don't understand why the delivery of refill was delayed so much.

Today( 23rd Jan). I received sms of auto cancellation of refill. I don't understand why the refill delivery didn't happen and the refill was auto cancelled. Looks like the agency has been selling gas outside, and my gas was sold similarly.

We are requested to change address from the nearest distributor office and requested at customer care side also but no response still (cust I'd -25296)...

Your refill order can not be created as open order already exists for the consumer message is coming...

Dbtl done, rekyc done, contacted helpline many times still problem not solved. I think IOC intentionally stopped subsidy. This is one type of fraud with customers....
