I order a gift for my wife from India Gift Portal and they use Blue Dart as the delivery service. The Item was not deliver on time which was today. The status says "Network Issue, Will Impact Delivery". What does this mean and when the gift will be delivered. Kindly check out the details below.

the product which was delivered sour in taste.
also it was not same as it was in picture.
i ordered one cake and 6 red roses on 18th dec.link below.

this is the absolute case of fraud....
