I have a postpaid internet connection of Airtel. I have been settling the bills through online payment.
The payment gets updated and the services are restored. However, after the amount is debited from the bank account, the Airtel receipt is not getting generated in the system.
The receipt for the bill is required for claiming reimbursement from the company.
