I have purchased a HTC 7 surround mobile from deal & you and it sold by Infinity Global Inc. (Hyderabad) H.no.1-6-39/70 Sri Venkat Sai Nagar Colony Venkatapuram Secundrabad Rangareddy-500015 when opened the box there was no instruction manual , no handsfree , and handset was looking like a used phone. Now phone is giving me 3 hours battery backup and no one is listening to my complaints.
Please help me out...

i have ordered a HTC 7 surround mobile phone through "deals & you" on[protected] for Rs 12000, and recieved my order on[protected]. when i opened my parcel quickstart cd found missing from the box. when i switchon the set:-
1- its bluetooth not working.
2- battery got discharge in two-three hours.
3-when i tried to connected it to computer, it does connect.
