[Resolved]  INFINITY GLOBAL INC. (HYDERABAD) — dead set delivered

i have ordered a HTC 7 surround mobile phone through "deals & you" on[protected] for Rs 12000, and recieved my order on[protected]. when i opened my parcel quickstart cd found missing from the box. when i switchon the set:-
1- its bluetooth not working.
2- battery got discharge in two-three hours.
3-when i tried to connected it to computer, it does connect.
ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY WAS WRITTEN BELOW

there is no contact no. on invoice. pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

Hi there,
I also purchased the same product form the same website but it's creating problems for me after 1 month of purchase and the problems are as listed below:

1. It goes off anytime.
2. It removes my contact list automatically.
3. I removed some messages from it but when I restarted it, all messages were there although my new conversations were deleted (tried several times).
4. It hangs up anytime, even it doesn't restart then-after.
5. It's getting discharged even within the first hour of full battery charge.
6. It gets extra-ordinarily hot if I keep Wi-Fi ON even for 15 minutes.

And for the same, I've written an email to the Vendor i.e. Infinity Global Inc. as all their contact numbers are not working.
In case they are unable to resolve the problem, I'll head towards the Indian Consumer Court.

even i have bought an htc dash in march, 2012 and it does not work from day one. I have sent back the product twice to them and even the third time it is in bad condition. The phone
1.has wax on it and lots of scratches
2.Does not stay on even for a minute
3. Battery was not sealed and does not work

Please find below the sequence of events, in brief.

1. Order placed for an i-phone/3gs-8gb through Rediffshopping on 02.08.12, as a gift, to be delivered by 07.08.12 ( her anniversary on 09.08.12) . Amount authorised : rs. 16098/-.

2. I received a sms on 02.08.12/6.56pm stating that my order has been approved, and shipping details shall be notified.

3. On 03.08.12, 12.11pm; I receive another sms stating that my item has been dispatched through tnt1 vide their tracking no.[protected].

4. However, upon tracking through the tnt website, their website displayed the order status as below.

5. I was trying to contact the customer support lines of Rediffshopping but their ivrs kept me on line for more than 15 minutes everytime and no executive came on line. Finally, I sent a mail on Wednesday, August 08, 2012 11:17 AM to Rediffshopping; making a formal complaint.

6. On Fri 8/10/2012 1:29 PM; I received a call from m/s. Rediff shopping to know what they should do with my order further to my letter to them and in view of the item not delivery not done as on that date. I instructed them to cancel the order and asked them to confirm me back via mail under a copy to you. ( A copy was sent to Citibank and requesting you that you also note my instructions and stop the payment proposed by me earlier ).

7. On Tue 8/14/2012 6:19 PM; I received a mail from Rediffshopping stating that they have forwarded my details to the seller ( Infinity Global inc ) and the same will be confirmed to me in 24 hours. But, nothing came back from them.

8. On 10:42, 16 Aug 2012, the recipient was delivered a fully covered parcel through TNT courier from m/s. Infinity Global (without despatch address). The parcel was opened and the product was used by her for the first time on 19.08.12 ( A Sunday, after learning the nuances).


9. The product was working Ok till 30.08.12 but since then, it has become defunct and not picking up the service provider’s signals ( her service provider is Airtel ); thus the product is nothing but a diary and not a telephone. When we dial her number, we get the message that the phone is switched off even though the instrument is on and we are getting the calls for the same SIM when inserted on an other phone.

10. I have tried contacting M/s. Infinity Global Inc, the supplier of this phone but there was no response, till today. However, I could get them on line today and they now say that I should dispatch the faulty instrument back at my cost for replacement and that too, not for good.

11. I am so fed up mentally and emotionally as this was meant as a gift for the recipient’s anniversary, that was not dispatched on time; not cancelled after instructions were given and dispatching faulty product after such a long delay.

12. I am sure I donot want any repaired / old product now after spending so much time and energy on such suppliers. Moreover, I am not prepared to follow-up again and undergo mental fatigue.

13. I also want to know how I will get back the courier charges, if I send it through Courier. Meanwhile, the recipient has also spent quite an amount on refurbishing the product like skin, cover etc. I have contacted also atleast 10 times since the date of booking till the cancellation date incurring huge telephone costs. I am scared that M/s. Infinity Global may not accept the product if I send the product at my cost or may not acknowledge the receipt at all or indulge in such tricks to further defraud me.

14. I had also sent copies of my complaints to M/s. Akosha ( consumers Rights forum ) against Rediffshopping ( reference no. 38806) on 08.08.12; and now want to pursue further.

Hi,

I ordered a Portable sewing machine (order no- 764185) on 9th August 2012 and i received the product on 13th August 2012.
The machine stitched only 4 lines and it stopped working, called the Customer service for replacement. I have to go all the way to Kandivali from Navi mumbai for replacement.
After replacement also the machine had the same problem, so again called the customer service for a complaint. They asked again to go ahead and get it replaced.
Third time now, the machine has same problem.The Sewing stoped stitching after 4 lines stitch.
I am tired of following the procedure of replacement. It is not feasible for me to travel till kandivali for repalcement.
I sent a mail for refund of my money to [protected]@infiglobal.com and [protected]@infiglobal.com.
I have not received any response from them.

Hi,

I ordered a blackberry bold 9900 (order no- 785645) on 29th August 2012 and i received the product on 17th sep 2012. The machine stitched and it stopped working, called the Customer service for replacement. After replacement also the machine had the same problem, They HAD SENT ME A USED PHONE so again called the customer service for a complaint. They asked ME TO SEND IT again .Its been more than a month not received my phone. I sent a mail and tried calling them for refund of my money to [protected]@infiglobal.com, [protected]@infiglobal.com, [protected]@infiglobal.com.
I have not received any response from them.

Please help me .

I have booked one order in Rediff Shopping to buy one HTC G1 MOBILE PHONE & one Wireless Blue-tooth Handset on 26 September 2012. It was delivered to me on 29 September 2012 at my residential address as

But both the equipment is not functioning at all. The mobile in not being ON and it is not taking electrical charges at all. The wireless blue-tooth is also not responding.



I am working in a television channel. During the month of OCTOBER is PUJA days in KOLKATA and I was very busy. Still I have repeatedly tried to contact RUSHABH of INFINITY GLOBAL INC. (through the telephone numbers mentioned in your order number 7426644 approval mail) but I could not get any response at all. I have tried to contact Ms. Sheetal Ghadshi[protected] and Ms. Harshada Chipte[protected] which was also not responded. I have also send a complaints at '[protected]@infiglobal.com'



Dear Sir/Madam, Please note I thought I had been made a mistake to go for purchasing a costly thing from Rediff Shopping. I am not getting any response from any corner.



Now I am requesting you to replace my HTC G1 MOBILE PHONE & Wireless Blue-tooth Handset as early as possible or otherwise my money back.
