i have a cooking gas. my mother name(arun mala singh),customer no.1495,sv no.1150796.i will given fillup coorect kyc form but after two days later i went gas bookingbut he return to me.and he says to me that you will go now and abuse me.when he was wrong. i had open your website so my moter name added (arun pal singh).i will complain to indane toll free no.,&my complaint no.806732.but after one day i had call but i had no response. so...

Service is very very very very (Countless) bad. Whenever I called the agency for cylinder booking, it is very difficult to get the line, always lines will be busy. I request IOC to look in to the matter & solve it. The service is very bad! These people never pick the incoming phones calls! everytime you call, the phone is busy! I mean...come on...are they running a call centre or what? Even the staff members do not respect the customers...

Respected sir,
I had booked a gas cylinder on 19th of june. Generally it comes within 3 to 4 days. But this time they delayed it due to the speculation of price hike. I dont mind paying extra but i need a proper bill. Today on sunday they delivered the cylinder. On the bill old amount was printed and new amount was stamped on it.Please look into it.

APPLICATION OF DOUBLE CYLINDER
My application for double cylinder has been rejected without any reason
and booking of gas through telephone is also not responsive....
