I am Jitender and i bought Karbonn A1 mobile on 3rd Oct 2011 but i had problems in mobile since i purchased it the problems was in its starting touch, Restart again and again, memory card automatically mounted - dismounted, sometime it get hanged and restart with hang, sometime it shows only white screen nothing happen until i remove battery. after some time i gave this phone in your District center's service center on 4th May 2012...

it's getting hot while charging and not switching on

the delivery of karbonn a1 took place on 04/05/12 at bhubaneshwar. on 11 th of may i brought this mobile from my cousins house (subrat) from his residence in packed condition.when i opened the box every accessories were there what was predefined to me.when i fixed the battery and charged the mobile it was getting too hot and it did not switch on.Even i have not used it for a moment also.till now it is totally new and in a packed condition.so...

its not working as per demo @battery is very weak

As per the demo shown on t.v. its not working, after even charging the battery for 4 to 5 hours it last just in three hours so
whatever life of battery require is not there,even other function is not working as per demo on t.v. so kindly take back this
mobile and return the money or you may replace or offer other brand instead.Please do needfull immidiately and oblidge
