[Resolved]  Karbonn A1 — Defective Piece of Karbonn A1

I am Jitender and i bought Karbonn A1 mobile on 3rd Oct 2011 but i had problems in mobile since i purchased it the problems was in its starting touch, Restart again and again, memory card automatically mounted - dismounted, sometime it get hanged and restart with hang, sometime it shows only white screen nothing happen until i remove battery. after some time i gave this phone in your District center's service center on 4th May 2012 they told me it will return me back within 4-7 days and phone will be fine but phone returned me on 30th may 2012 almost after 1month from karbonn and this time phone was totally ruined it was not working infect phone was not starting properly it was not loaded any live wallpaper and it was not doing any process then i suddenly return back to your karbonn center on 4th June 2012 they again told me it will return you back within 4-7 days it will go in karbonn center but when i went after a weak phone didn't back they told me come after 4 days and when i went after 4 days answer was same. i went there more then 6 times. Phone return me back on 11th july 2012 more than after 1 month but still phone was not in good condition still problems is same. hanging, memory card mount dismount, restart automatically. Really i am very frustrated I am a website developer because of this phone i had to take more than 7 leaves from my office. and now i am fully disappoint from your still i left any hope from your side i am feeling like fool myself why did i bye karbonn mobile, why didn't i bye nokia Samsung or some good quality product provider company at least you should have provide good service so than people can believe in fraud advertisement and can reliable to you. Well is this the way you satisfy the people. Finally i just want end to my sad story and my last hope is you so please check my mobile and if you think you can’t repair then please provide me a new product so that i can use any phone for call to my friends and any other emergency calls. my phone is still in warranty and i am hopeless from your side. So please improve your service as soon as possible.I have again submitted my mobile 3rd time to Karbonn center on 14th july. I have emailed To ASM, RSM and AM of jaina company on July 17. They call back me on 18th and told me they will resolve my issue as soon as possible but still they didn't return my mobile and no response from jaina company. So im hopeless now and finally registered complaint here
