I am P.V.V.Ramana. one of the costumer of your Karbonn mobiles. I bought a Karbonn K560 mobile at Rajahmundry in the month of Nov-2009 with in one month my mobile battery was not working properly. I took my mobile to your serving center at Rajahmundry. But your serving employees of not responding and not receiving my complaint they said why your buying Karbonn mobiles and took for repair and also they said your buying another company mobiles....

I bought my handset in Feb'10 and from day one i have problems. My handsfree is not working and i gave the handset for repair to the service center in Pune at e-touch twice for the same. Service center guys are not able to rectify the defect and they are saying that is best they are do. I am not sure whether the changed the speaker or just keep the mobile and return back. My battery life is also very bad and it is not even coming for...

Battery back Up
I am very much crazy about your karbon mobile as it is very much attracting me. On Dt:[protected] i have purchased one karbon mobile K-560 (Touch screen).I am very enthusiastic to usage of that mobile, but unfortunately the battery backup is not at all coming even for one day (daily at maximum of 20 calls).I am also working in a ISO 9001 company i know the Quality of the products and the Consumer satisfaction.
