Dear sir/madam,
few months back i bought karbonn k550 due to its dual sim facility and long battery life even after having nokia n73 and e71. Now i am in trouble due to two reasons.
1. When i bought this phone there were two similar cracks in the lower body of the phone but it was told to me by the shopkeeper that there are moulding marks. But later i realised that these are the cracks due to manufacturing defect. Now what should i do to get my phone right? Will service centre situated in my city help?
2. Few days back one of my operators (reliance gsm) sent a message that my phone does not have a valid imei number and hence it should not be used in india as per the rules of govt of india (as these phones are prohibited in india). I had bought this phone from a big store and i have a reciert for that.
kindly help me in these regards.
Waiting for a quick response from you.
Thanking you.
