I purchased a samsung lcd tv with a lot of trust, faith & aspirations in July 2008, vide order no. 1640832 & your invoice no. L8881 dated 31.07.2008 delivered from Borivali(E) Mumbai 400066 India.
The selection of the Samsung product was based on your brand name, reputation & a host of other products being used in my household.
However, to our utter dismay & disgust, the main power unit packed up...

This is to inform you that i have purchase LCD TV on 26.01.2010 and 26.06.2010 My LCD TV Pannel was damedge due to some reason.
I have lodged the complaint on 27.06.2010 wide complaint no C[protected] but till date my LCD is not repaire.
I am not happy with your service infact i have so many time contacted with your person Mr Fazil,Mr Ramesh,Ms Vandana,Ms Pooja CCO Mumbai and Ms Ruchika...

Reliance digital's Poor Service
I bought an LCD TV from reliance digital and was commited a delivery the next day. Sure enough - Much to Reliance reputation the delivery team never came and my idea of gifteing a TV to my Pop- in - law was a wash out.
I was commited by the sales guy that the TV will be delivered by 7PM and when i called the helpdesk i was told standard delivery timelines ar 2-3 days???
