I have BSNL land line phone number[protected]. In the current bill charged under adjustments for Movie on demand and Games on demand (M/s Hunganma) and music on demand. I never subscribe these services and i strictly don't want to continue the subscription.A Month back i got a call from hunganm to subscribe but i ignored and said don't want it, they said the first month is free, i never said to subscribe but they subscribed it for me and...

I never use this service..because of my open wi fi may be someone subscribe these services and it strictly that i do not want to continue the subscription.

I have landline number[protected]. I have never activated music on demand and games on demand. Inspite of this getting additional charges in my telephone bills for the last three bills. I would request you to kindly direct this company and bsnl to stop charging me on this account with immediate effect and make adjustment of the additional amount already paid...

Deactivation of Games on demand, Movie on demand

I have BSNL Land Line phone no[protected], Account No.[protected].In the last two bills i.e.for May2013 Rs.148 & June 2013 Rs.148 have been deducted under adjustments for Games on demand, movie on demand demand by M/S Hunganma.I have never subscribed
these services and request you to please unsubscribe the same & refund the amount deducted.
