M S Ramaiah Hospital Complaints & Reviews

Reporting section is pathetic. They feel only they are busy and patients have plenty of time to roam around them for reports. There is no specific process for report dispatch or collection when you are going for reimbursement claim. Each representative will give their own process and parent should struggle to follow one cos no one will stick to one process. My son was admitted in this hospital due to dengue and after 6 days they discharged....

Worst Hospital - Please don't go to this hospital

Very worst hospital, no responsible staff
Doctors are still worst
Hell lot of procedures and same procedure they don't show while treating the patient
Even if the patient dies they don't seem to care or have any concerns
Very very worst hospital have seen in my life
The staff really don't have any concerns on patients, not sure why they have to run such hospitals when they don't care about patientsbr...

Regarding issuing of attender pass

In admission section 1 fat guy was sitting, he didnt gave the attender pass on while admitting.Next day we requested for attender pass.He argued that we already given.So we requested to reissue the attender pass.He said that we will not issue you can stay outside the hospital as he is the owner of the hospital and we came for free treatment.Worst staffs in M S Ramaiah hospitals.Arrogant staffs discourage the patients in initial stage....

Physiotherapy - no proper team to handle babies

It's been 2 years i m going to ms ramaiah hospital for physiotherapy for my son.
Earlier it was good
Now it is worst. No proper team to do physiotherapy excercises. They put trainees to train them in our money.
It's the question of kids development but they are so irresponsible that they do not have a proper permanent team. Every 15 days new trainees come and they know nothing....

Dr. Avinash Balekuduru

He should have courtesy to listen to patients relying on him. Not body shaming them. Not boasting about himself and his achievements when people have come to solve their health issues.
Really disheartening to see sad faces coming out from his opd...

Billing staff behaviour

Very bad experience with obg billing person nagaveni.. she having no patience while talking. She speaks as if she is owing the hospital. Providing clarification on Billing breakdown is her responsibility. But she is not even ready to talk, literally shouting. If I get any number or contact person would be helpful to explain. No ethics at working...

Bad service by doctors and technicians of nephrology department.

Bad treatment as well as service of the hospital. My father has undergone surgery for dialysis in veins . The technicians has destroyed my father's hand fischula which was made my doctor. Now hand is swollen and Fischer doesn't work. Doctor mahesh first told cost is 25k then in a days time it became 2 laks ... Super money extracting policy these doctors have taken. I know I m a fool to complain here bcoz Ramaiah mgt is only involved in it....

Horrible Insurance (Help*) desk

We had a horrible experience with the New MS Ramaiaha hospital. Recently, my uncle met with an accident and was admitted here. For over a week now we have been roaming around 4 floors to get the insurance cleared. Its still pending. We have contacted the insurance company and they say "we are just waiting for the hospital authority to submit the documents". Hospital insurance desk have submitted the documents, but its been rejected...
